If you have a squeal try turning on everything electric you can compressors lights everything and see if that's what it is most likely your serpentine belt is slipping. It also should squeal when you just start it and your alternator loads up to charge your battery back up.
That would be my guess, you can either change it or get some belt dressing. I'd change it though just because.
