How good of a welder are you? Can you guaranty the integrity of the tank at 150 PSI if you add a port? Tanks that are ceritified to 150 PSI are burst tested much higher, like 300 or 400 PSI along with high temps like 300 degrees.

Been Welding For Years, Im a Tinner So I Mess with the thin Stuff. Also Own A couple welders..I would go to the School and use there Tig welder For that. It would kill the chromes but like I said its not going to last long after I start driving it Daily. Just need to find a bun to weld to it. Side note I was looking at the Horns after taking them apart. I think I am going to Fab up a New Bracket for each of them....Any Ideas on how to mount a Connector Also would 3/8 to each horn be good? The hole going into the Diaphram is only 9/32" or 5/64" Pretty small holes...

3/8" NPT is plenty for each horn. If CurtS doesn't have brackets, it would be easy to weld a half coupling or bung to each bracket.

^^^Ha that's funny
If you have a local supplier that's great. Otherwise look up "half couplings" on McMaster Carr.
